The TX5321 is a family of negative 250mA output hybrid precision linear regulators specifically designed for sustained high temperature applications.
Standard available outputs are as follows:
-3.3 VDC
-5 VDC
-10 VDC
-12 VDC
-15 VDC
Additional voltage outputs are available upon request.
All voltage regulators are 100% screened and tested at 200C, and also receive a Mil-Std-883 active Burn-in. Each device is also short-circuit protected, with full functional recovery.
